I came into town from Mexico and visit the Sweet Bluez stand is a MUST! Everywhere I travel around the world I always get so many compliments on their oils. Grown & Sexy and Dem Sugar are my absolute favorites. Even after hours of sweating on the dance floor the smell is still potent and turning heads 😂 I was so excited to find that they had new scents in stock this time so I bought them up too! There oils are top tier and I highly recommend. I’ve also always had a great customer service experience with the staff and they are always helpful with positive energy. Good products and great service goes a long way! 💗💗✨

I travel from the BX and now Houston TX every I visit Baltimore I make it my business to stop at Sweet Blues All Natural because I have to get at least 2 large bottles of that Dem Sugar cause BBBBABE I LIVE BY THIS!!! I am very disappointed with the customer service with this business. Yes, their products are amazing but their customer service and timelines are horrible. I drove all the way from DC to Towson mall just to purchase some scents. I already knew one scent that I wanted to purchase but I was interested in adding more to my collection. On arriving, i realized the booth was closed up so I assumed they went to lunch. I asked people around, they said that the person hasn’t come in and the time was 1:33pm!!! So I called the number on the website 410 number, a lady answered. I explained to her what happened, she said she will call me back. She called me back long story short she said I should wait 30 mins that someone would come. I LEFT Moral of the story, as a business, a successful one at that, there should be some type of consideration for your customers. Especially a customer who drove over an hour a way, wanting to spend their money in this economy with everything going on. No one ever called me back, follow up or nothing. I give them zero stars for their customer services!
